Leading and management of this project as a Project and Cost Manager; responsible for design process, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, obtaining administrative decisions, construction and F&F works in Wrocław of 178 finished and furnished microapartments along with the entire infrastructure (3,515 m2 hotel usable area) that will be implemented in one stage. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, By Made Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.
