HYUNDAI KOBIERZYCE (finally LG) – car manufactory (electronics manufactory complex)

Associate Partner and Branch Office Manager responsible to the client for due diligence and preparation of the investment offer from the infrastructure side on behalf of the Wrocław Regional Development Agency (WARR), Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency S. A. (PAIIZ) of the City of Wroclaw and the Municipality of Kobierzyce for HYUNDAI, which was later used successfully to locate the largest industrial investment in Poland's history, a group of factories of the LG electronics industry (approx. 700,000 m² of usable area on 250 ha plot). The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris and Walas Architekci.
