GREEN CITY (ZIELONE MIASTO) - housing estate

Responsible for defining the development product, implementation strategy, its budget, schedule, selection of the general contractor, obtaining administrative decisions and its implementation in Wrocław; 336 apartments (18,050 m² residential usable area) and a small office building (600 m² GLA) with services and trade, along with all technical and road infrastructure to be implemented in 2 stages. Project implemented as part of providing services for a Polish development company, Hossanova Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.
