Management from the position of Senior Cost Manager; responsible for preparation and updating the budget for the office complex with an area approx. 37,000 m² GLA, class A; also value engineering, preparation of tender documents, conducting and contract negotiations with tenderers for general contracting. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
