Associate Partner and Branch Office Manager responsible to the client for the budget and cost control, design process, obtaining administration decisions, organisation, management and recommendation of the winning tender for general contracting and 17 direct supplies as well as preparation of the construction (approx. 14,500 m² usable area). The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
