SUNNY ORCHANDS (SŁONECZNE SADY) - single-family housing estate

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, sales and marketing management as well as construction in Wrocław of 130 single family houses along with the road and media infrastructure (24,000 m² residential usable area), implemented in 3 stages. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
