SK EUROCHEM (SK CHEMICALS) - PET granulate factory

Leading and management of this project as Associate Partner; responsible to the client for the budget, cost control and general contractor tender and selection process for construction of 4,300 m² GLA at the pre-contract stage. Project delivered to SK Eurochem, SPV of SK Chemicals, Anwil S.A., LG International i EBRD and delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
