RENOMA - reconstruction of the shopping center

Leading and management of this project as Associate Partner and manager of the Wrocław EC Harris branch office supervising of the Project and Cost Manager as well as technical site inspectors; responsible for construction management at pre- and post-contract stages in process of commercialisation of the underground level existing shopping centre designed by architect Hermann Dernburg (called also PDT) under strict control of Municipal Monument Conservator's Office (approx. 4,000 m² GLA). The project delivered to Eastbridge Group in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
