ZITA - office building

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for due diligence, defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, construction, occupancy permit, final account of the office building of 22,200 m² GLA. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
