Reconstruction of the A6 motorway (including bridges on the Western and Eastern Odra)

Project Engineer of the European Commission; responsible for supervision of the preparation, carrying out and participation in the tender and evaluation committees to select providers for design and execution of works, supervision of the site execution, monitoring of construction progress and compliance with the terms of spending the amounts awarded under the pre-accession assistance program of the European Commission (EC), PHARE Crossborder Co-operation. The project delivers as subcontractor of the Danish company Kampsax International A/s together with approx. 100 other projects under the program in four rounds in the years 1995 - 1998 and evaluation of projects for subsequent rounds of the program with a value of approx. ECU 182 million. Kampsax International A / s has won the EC tender and oversaw the work of the Implementing Authority for the Border Co-operation Program within the Ministry of the Internal Affairs and Administration of the Government of the Republic of Poland.
