Motorway construction program - Technical Assistance for the Project Implementing Unit at GDDKiA (EIB)

Expert management in the field of tender process and implementation; responsible for technical support for the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland. Advising on all investment projects financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) managed by GDDKiA (22 projects, e.g. construction of the A1 motorway, Sośnica-Gorzyczki). The scope of responsibilities included the development of procedures and standards for works contracts under public procurement law, participation in the process of preparing documentation for the needs of international tenders, participation in co-ordination meetings with the participation of all parties and organizations participating in the tender process, preparation of instructions and support for cells of the Government of the Republic of Poland in project management, participation in the work of GDDKiA, participation in contract negotiations and preparation of their final form, supervision of contract performance and work progress, and close co-operation with the EC Harris office in Liverpool. The project implemented in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
