PATIO HOUSE - housing estate

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process(including lands consolidation and zoning decision change), as well as construction in Wrocław of over 60 high-standard apartments together with the infrastructure (3,400 m² residential usable area) implemented in one stage. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
