STARY BROWAR - shopping, hotel, office and cultural center (stage 1)

Leading and management of this project as Associate Partner; Contract and Tenant Works Coordinator Director; responsible for quality assurance, cost control, training for other EC Harris team members in the process of implementing the 62,000 m² GLA. Stary Browar business and art center in Poznań (third generation center; offices, commercial, art galleries, hotel, restaurants, etc.). Managing the tenants' works coordination team. Project delivered for Fortis Sp. z o.o. being part of Kulczyk Holding. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
