NOWE ŻERNIKI (WUWA 2) - housing estate

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product as part of a broader urban assumption along with the specific conditions of that assumption - Nowe Żerniki (WUWA 2), its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, implementation of 60 high-standard apartments in Wrocław with all infrastructure (2,600 m² residential usable area) implemented in one stage. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
