LIVING POINT - apartment complex

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the developer product, implementation of the strategy in “Design and Build” formula, its budget, time schedule, selection of contractors and designers, administration decisions and management in Warsaw in the city centre, so-called "Mordor"; 325 high standard apartments complex with whole infrastructure (15,300 m² residential usable area) constructed in 2 stages. The project implemented and delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
