LEGNICKA PARK (MAGNOLIA) - shopping and leisure centre

EC Harris branch office manager responsible for the overall management at the pre-execution stage of the preparation and reconciliation process (including negotiations with the Municipality of Wrocław), anchor tenants (TESCO, Auchan, etc.), value engineering, management of other consultants on the project for the third generation leisure and shopping center "Legnicka Park" with area of approximately 82,000 m² GLA (today called "Magnolia") completed with demolition and obtaining a building permit. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
