Complex of 1000 micro-apartments for rent and office building

Responsible for defining the development product, its budget and schedule for about 1 000 micro-appartments finished and furnished with all external and service infrastructure with an independent office building (27,900 m² and 9,000 m² GLA) for multi-stage implementation; the value is about USD 75.6 million. Project developed for the Polish company AP Szczepaniak.
