Complex of 133 apartments for rent - Dąbrowskiego 40

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the developer product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, obtaining administrative decisions, construction and F&F works in Wrocław of 133 finished and furnished apartments for the BGK rental housing fund along with the entire infrastructure (6,650 m² residential usable area) implemented in one stage. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
