TESCO hypermarket

Senior Cost Manager and EC Harris branch office Manager, responsible for the budget and cost control at the design, construction and final account stage, organization, carrying out and selection of the general contractor of the TESCO hypermarket in Lubin, recommended to the Client (approx. 12,000 GLA) and 12 other facilities in hypermarket and supermarket formats in Poland. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
