GRONA PARK - retail park and modernisation of the office building

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product, its budget and cost control, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, as well as construction, occupancy permit and final account Zielona Góra of a shopping park with an office building together with the entire infrastructure (2,800 m² GLA) implemented in one stage. Project implemented in co-operation with a Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
