Wrocław 106,500 m² residential usable area and 98,000 m² GLA 2007-2015

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, sales and marketing management as well as construction in Wrocław of 2,500 apartments along with the entire infrastructure (204,500 m² residential usable area and GLA), implemented in 9 stages. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
