Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for due diligence, defining the development product, its budget and cost control, time schedule, selection of designers, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process in Wrocław (15,700 m² GLA). Project implemented in co-operation with a Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
