GALAKTYKA - shopping and office park

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for due diligence, defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, as well as construction, occupancy permit and final account in Wrocław (4,200 m² GLA) implemented in one stage. Project implemented in co-operation with a Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
