KOFOLA - juice production plant

Leading and management of this project as Associate Partner, supervision of the Project Manager, Cost Manager and technical site inspectors; responsible to the Czech client for design process, obtaining the administrative decisions, tender for general contracting and coordination of 5 investor delivery packages, and then management on site (approx. 16,000 m² usable area). The project was completed at a record-breaking time of 10.5 months from starting up the design process of obtaining a occupancy permit of the formula design development & construct. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
