ENERGIS - construction of a new, nationwide fiber optic network

Senior Project and Cost Manager as well as manager of the Wrocław EC Harris branch office; responsible for the team, managing site works at over 200 distribution and fibre optic transmission points (POP) implemented on three national routes (loops); a Polish-German international team with a base in Wrocław and Warsaw; the value is about USD 6.3 million. The project delivered in co-operation with the British company EC Harris.
