CONDOHOTEL PERLA IN SZKLARSKA POREBA - construction and development

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for design process, its budget and cost control and obtaining building permit of the hotel, leisure and conference centre building in Szklarska Poręba (3,850 m² residential usable area / GLA), as well as negotiations with operators and hotel chains. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
