AURA 2 - housing estate

Leading and management of this project as a Shareholder and President of the Management Board; responsible for redefining the development product, implementation strategy, its budget, time schedule, selection of the general contractor, obtaining change administrative decisions and its implementation in Wrocław; 172 apartments with all infrastructure (8,300 m² residential usable area) completed in one stage. The project is implemented as part of a Polish-British development company, Vratislavia Dom Development.
