CENTAURIS - apartment complex

Leading and management of this project as a Chief Operating Officer and Board Member; responsible for defining the development product, its budget, time schedule, selection of designers and contractors, supervision of obtaining administrative decisions process, sales and marketing management as well as construction in Wrocław of over 470 high-standard apartments together with the entire infrastructure (27,300 m² residential usable area) implemented in 5 stages. The project delivered in co-operation with the Polish developer, Vantage Development S.A.
